112 Duck Court in Bodega Harbour was listed in December at $1,299,000 and found a buyer in March, closing escrow at $1,238,000. A single-level home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and built in 1986, it sat on a half-acre lot but lacked ocean views.
221 Los Santos in Sereno Del Mar had two offers, was in escrow in four days and closed in just twenty six days. A 14 year old single-level home, it was in excellent shape and boasted permanent ocean views. Featuring two bedrooms and two full baths, it was listed at $1,295,000 and sold at $1,286,000.
7045 Cliff Avenue overlooks Gleason’s Beach had been for sale since November 2023. It is a 1,346 square foot, two bedroom, two bathroom, two-story home and with stunning panoramic ocean views. On January 17th the price was reduced to $2,098,000 and by early March it was reported to be in escrow. The home closed at $2M and, interestingly, it ended up that they received two offers within days of each other.

No sales again but three lots did have accepted offers this month and you can view them here. 21165 Hummingbird Court in Bodega Harbour has been on the market since December 2023 at $795,000. 1555 Eastshore Road has been for sale for several years at $1,495,000 and had a 30% plus price reduction in June of 2022. 1560 Bay Flat Road had been listed for 43 days when it accepted an offer and is now pending sale.
